During break time the sign-up tables for Workshops, the Row of the Month Mystery Quilt and Volunteers were very busy. Also on display were the quilts turned in by members for Community Outreach, the projects made by members who went on the CQA Bus Trip and the donations of small projects for the Sale Table at the Quilt show. We also enjoyed snacks and juice or tea, provided by the Program Committee.

After break, we were introduced to Susan Clark, who is a member of the Oxford Quilters Guild. Her topic was "What Kind of Creative are You?". Her talk was informative, funny and filled with wonderful quilts. I'm sure that her Workshop in November is going to be great!

The following is a message from Lorna (Program Chairperson):
There are still openings in Susan Bowslaugh's "Crosses Quilt" workshop on Friday, October 10. This would be a perfect scrappy project and can be done in any size you wish. It provides a great opportunity to learn the technique of improv piecing using fabric you already have in your stash. If interested please contact Charlene at firstname.lastname@example.org by September 24.
