One Day Guild Retreat - Saturday, July 20th

St. George's Church has been book for Saturday July 20, 2013.  You can work on your own projects or on Community Quilts.  If you haven't signed up previously, email here so the organizers will know how many people are attending.

The workshop is from 10:00am-4:00pm, and we will be opening the doors at 9:00 for people to get set up for the day.  Members should bring their own lunch and refreshments, and whatever project they want to work on.  There will also be community outreach projects for people to on if they choose to do so.

Update:  If anyone has "Slabs for Alberta" blocks, they can be brought along on Saturday as well.  Click here for details.

Does anyone have a quilt frame to lend out?

Dear Folks at LFQ Guild,
I represent the quilting committee of Christ Anglican Church here in London.
We are in the process of making a memorial quilt to honour our 150th Anniversary;
the quilt is ready to quilt, but we have no frame. Would you know of anyone who
would be willing to lend us a frame for a few months? Or could you suggest some
other possibilities?
Thank you for your consideration,
Gloria Thomson
