CQA/ACC Quilt Ontario 2011 London, UWO Site Tour

On Monday, September 28, three members of the CQA/ACC Board of Directors met with the Local Organizing Committee of Quilt Ontario 2011 London to take a tour of UWO, the proposed site for this upcoming event. On behalf of the CQA/ACC were Johanna Alford, President, Vivian Kapusta, Publicity and Lynn Mills, Membership. They were quite enthusiastic about the site, it will definitely meet all their needs!

Later, the LFQG treated the CQA/ACC members to dinner. After dinner they attended a meeting of the LOC, where the LOC could ask questions and gather information on the inner workings of running a national quilt conference. Lots of information to process and lots of fun work ahead!
